Your Role Kuehne + Nagel selecciona un profesional para desempeñar las tareas de Experto en Atención al Cliente de Logística Marítima en sus oficinas ubicadas en BCN.
Reportando al Customer Service Manager, gestionará el flujo de mercancías a través de este canal y mantendrá un sólido diálogo con clientes, proveedores y otros departamentos operativos.
Your Responsibilities Gestión integral del tráfico marítimo de mercancías;Colaboración con los Equipos Comerciales para el correcto desarrollo comercial de esta actividad;Participación en los proyectos propios del departamento, relacionados con la optimización de los procesos operativos;Interlocución con otros departamentos, oficinas y clientes;Asumir e impulsar los programas de la Compañía en materia de Compliance y Confidencialidad de Datos para todo lo relacionado con el puesto.#LI-DB1Your Skills and Experiences Estudios académicos relacionados con la logística o el comercio internacional;Experiencia mínima de 4 años en funciones operativas de transporte de mercancías de logística marítima y/o aérea.
