Descripción de la beca:

Administración del CRM

  • Mantenimiento del sistema de CRM (Customer Relationship Management) para España y Portugal
  • Interacción con la fuerza de ventas para asegurar un correcto reporte de la información
  • Resolución de incidencias
  • Preparación de reportes, extracción y análisis de los datos
Soporte en proyectos de Business Intelligence

  • Asegurar la cobertura de las necesidades de información de la unidad de ADD
  • Participación en la definición de modelos de reporting internos
Soporte en proyectos de Sales Effectiveness

  • Generación de información de manera recurrente para analizar el performance de la unidad
  • Tracking de KPIs y variables de interés

REQUERIMIENTOS:

  • Conocimiento específico (grado): Empresariales / Estadística / Cualquier Ingeniería / Carreras de Ciencias con perfil numérico.
  • Experiência previa: Deseable en el desempeño de funciones analíticas
  • Soft Skills: Trabajo en equipo, Proactividad, Creatividad, Curiosidad, Organización y Perfeccionista. Pragmatismo y orientación a resultados. Buenos skills interpersonales. Ganas de aprender y de asumir nuevos retos
  • Buena capacidad analítica y numérica
  • Afinidad con la tecnología. Uso avanzado de Excel.
  • Inglés alto


Al finalizar la beca habrás aprendido conocimientos profundos de implementación de un sistema real de CRM, cómo analizar esta información en plataformas de Business Intelligence, así como el conocimiento y funcionamiento de una empresa dedicada a las pruebas diagnósticas.
