- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener programas y políticas ambientales, de salud y seguridad de acuerdo con las normas locales, regulaciones estatales y federales.
- Realizar inspecciones y auditorías periódicas para identificar peligros potenciales y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de EHS.
- Proporcionar capacitación a los empleados sobre políticas, procedimientos y prácticas de trabajo seguras de EHS.
- Investigar accidentes, incidentes y cuasi accidentes para identificar las causas raíz e implementar acciones correctivas para prevenir repetición.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para evaluar los riesgos en el lugar de trabajo e implementar controles para mitigar los riesgos, incluidos los relacionados con la bioseguridad en la investigación biológica o en entornos de laboratorio.
- Ayudar en el desarrollo e implementación de planes y procedimientos de respuesta a emergencias.
- Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y desarrollar estrategias para minimizar los riesgos para la salud ocupacional.
- Participar en comités y reuniones de EHS para promover una cultura de seguridad y gestión ambiental.
- Experiencia mínimo un año trabajando en farmacéuticas o en industrias biotecnológicas, dos años como EHS specialist y muy valorable en bioseguridad de PRC
- Buscamos a una persona que trabaje en equipo, orientada al cliente, proactiva y abierta a aprender, tener buenas habilidades comunicativas y ser empática.
