Join TUI Musement as a Report Analyst in our workforce planning team, where you ́ll work to develop MI and reporting tools within TUI Musement Contact Center.

This is a five month contract where you ́ll be covering for one of our team who is on maternity leave.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Develop database enquires, scripts, tools and methods to manage the data reports and management information within the TUI Musement Contact Center
  • Assist with the development of the TUI Experience Centre dashboard Power BI and report generation
  • Processing and preparing transparent standard reports and analyse these to support business needs within the TUI Experience Centre
  • Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks
  • Offer compliance, escalations, operational and audits, data analytics and complex activity administration daily
  • Distil highlevel business needs into functional needs by understanding problems and determining data needs
  • Extract, filter and aggregate data through logical queries and basic programming
  • Develop and create data layout like tables, charts, graphs, heat maps and process flow diagrams
  • Build and develop relationships, communicate effectively and proposing improvements of any identified issues

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in administration, supplier and handling MI mandatory
  • Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel and Power BI
  • Someone with proven reporting and analytical skills
  • A methodical thinker with an organized approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks
  • Possess strong SQL and VBA database skills
  • Writing scalable code using Python programming language
  • Previous knowledge in DAX, AFO and PostgreSQL is a plus
  • Good communication skills essential along with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent level of English both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous
