WebBeds is the world’s fastest growing provider of accommodation distribution services to the travel industry. Our products incorporate distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second, each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels, with continued expansion.

**In this role you will**:
The Senior Cash Flow Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the cash flow activities of the organization. This role involves forecasting cash flow, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights to enhance financial stability and operational efficiency. The analyst will work closely with finance and accounting teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and supporting the overall financial planning process.

Reporting to the FP&A Director, this pivotal role will oversee the weekly, monthly and annual cash flow forecast and actual of the full company dealing with all the main actors (AR, AP, Accounting and FP&A)

Role to be based in Palma or remotely in Madrid / Barcelona with frequent travels to Palma

**Key responsibilities**:

- Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities.
- Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet the company's operational and investment needs.
- Coordinate with treasury to optimize cash positioning and banking relationships
- Forecasting and Analysis:.
- Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze cash flow trends and variances.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders..
- Financial Planning:

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data for cash flow projections.
- Support scenario planning and stress testing to evaluate financial resilience.
- Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline cash flow processes.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in system upgrades and automation initiatives
- Collaboration and Communication
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., finance, accounting, operations) to ensure cohesive financial strategies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to junior analysts and team members
