ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of the Procurement department and will have to support the Iberia team with all their deliverables.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Suppliers and info research/prospection
  • Communications and help to stakeholders, vendors, etc
  • Data gathering
  • Decks and reports management
  • Supporting: Sourcing process, Vendors relationship, Contract procedure
  • Meetings organization,
  • Procurement governance: preparation of gates
  • Savings tracking
  • Monitoring procurement policy compliance
  • Coupa usage

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or similar.
  • Master's Degree in Procurement or similar desirable.
  • One year of experience in a similar position.
  • Proactive, organized, oriented to stakeholder
  • Good skills to influence and communicate
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
- especially Excel and Power Point.

  • Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
