Position Summary:


Reporting directly to our Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing projects.

Providing support to the marketing team, assisting in market research, social media management, event planning, and other administrative tasks.

What will you do:

  • Provide support to the marketing department.
  • Organize and manage marketing collateral.
  • Create reports on marketing performance.
  • Assist with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Medium, and Quora).
  • Create newsletters and presentations.
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory.
  • Update calendars and meetings.
  • Create marketing banners, social posts, videos, and brochures as needed.
  • Assist with presentations and events.

What do you need:

Must haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
  • 2 years of experience as a marketing assistant
  • Knowledge of social media strategies, with a focus on HealthTech.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms, copywriting and video editing
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere)
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
