Our company is known for its stable growth and success, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven, and ambitious Marketing Assistant Intern to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant Intern to support our Marketing Manager and Community Manager in various tasks related to marketing, communications, and market research. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work primarily with our Marketing Manager and Community Manager and will split your time between these two areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Panel Community Management: Create daily questions, validate, script, and launch new content, as well as write new panel articles in English (and French if relevant) using SEO best practices.
  • Content creation for TikTok and Reels: Develop video ideas, translate, and publish content.
  • Translation of panel articles, daily questions, app functionalities: Depending on language skills available, translate content to support our multilingual audience.
  • Community management: Answer specific member questions, review the app, and suggest improvements.
  • Analysis and reporting: Produce outputs such as brand performance slides across countries, categories, consumer profiles, and newsletters.

Requirements

  • Student in final year of Business, Communication, and/or Marketing studies.
  • Interest in social media and content marketing.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, integrity, and honesty.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (desired).
  • Available for at least 6 months from September 2024 onwards.
