Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and commercial teams by creating engaging content, contributing to sales enablement initiatives, and designing marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Commercial Support:
    • Assist in developing and executing a strategic LinkedIn platform project to provide support to the commercial team and drive revenue generation for Novicap.
    • Optimize and improve the performance of our current inbound lead generation process to drive revenue generation for Novicap.
    • Create a detailed and insightful competitor landscape and benchmark for the commercial and sales teams.
  • Content Marketing & Social Media:
    • Create content optimized for search engine optimization (SEO) and inbound lead generation.
    • Develop social media content to boost engagement and drive traffic to our website.
  • Other Marketing-Related Tasks:
    • Support other departments in their marketing needs.
    • Create and update marketing collateral for commercial, customer success, and operations teams.
    • Develop and manage email marketing efforts, including weekly newsletters and ad-hoc customer communications.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing specialist or marketing assistant role.
  • A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent Spanish writing skills for SEO and website-oriented copy, and native Spanish language proficiency.
  • Good English writing and comprehension skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn as a platform for creating meaningful connections and content.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma, or similar) and video editing software (Final Cut or Adobe Premiere).
  • Experience designing presentations and decks using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Experience using WordPress CMS for blogging and content management.
  • Experience using email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar).
  • Experience in social media content creation.
