Important company in the energy technology sector is looking for an Administrative Support to Experts and Procurement to join an interesting project temporarily to support the Financial department.


  • Take the opportunity to have an interesting experience in a challenging environment full of professional challenges

Main Responsibilities:

  • To perform administrative duties and give support on specific tasks related to the Expert contracts
  • To assist the preparation of administrative procurement procedures, reopening of competition and amendments
  • To support F4E obligations in relation to ITER Calls
  • Other similar tasks

Requisitos

  • Educational level: degree course completed in accordance with the tasks of the job. Demonstration of experience of an equivalent level.
  • Professional experience: Jobrelated proven experience of minimum 3 years following the education requirements, preferably in a public administration or in an international company.
  • Computer literacy: Good knowledge and experience of MS Office.
  • Language skills: English C1
  • Personal Skills:
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships as part of a team;

  • Good communication skills;
  • Able to manage priorities and good collaboration skills;
  • Selfmotivated and able to perform duties autonomously with speed and accuracy, according to set budgets and schedules.
