Job Summary
Adecco (Spain) is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement officer in managing procurement procedures, including strategy development, document preparation, and tender evaluation.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of procurement strategies and plans
- Prepare and publish procurement documents, including tender notices and evaluation reports
- Coordinate with tenderers and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes
- Support the procurement officer in identifying requirements and preparing logistics for procurement meetings
- Manage commercial tools and data for procurement procedures
- Update and contribute to the preparation of internal documentation, such as templates and processes
- Track and monitor exchanges with suppliers and follow up on contract implementation
- Prepare and submit commercial documentation related to contract implementation
Requirements
- University studies of at least three years in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy
- English language skills at B2 level or equivalent
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously with speed and accuracy
What We Offer
- Estimated duration of the tasks: 6 months
- Desired starting date: approximately
- Monday-Friday, 8/9 to 17/18 P.M.
- Salary: 45-65K
