Main Responsibilities:

  • Control y gestión de los Rapeles de Calidad de Volkswagen
  • Apoyo y seguimiento del desarrollo y de los resultados de los programas de calidad
  • Apoyo en la gestión de proyectos del departamento de Desarrollo Customer Experience
  • Elaboración de informes/presentaciones
  • Gestión de reclamaciones
  • Actualización y control de la base de datos

Core Skills/experience:

Haber terminado una titulación universitaria de grado o máster (IMPRESCINDIBLE):

  • Disponibilidad jornada completa
  • No estar cursando estudios actualmente, debido a que el estudiante debe tener disponibilidad para cursar el Máster que ofrece el programa
  • Orientación al detalle, apasionado del sector, alta capacidad de aprendizaje
  • Iniciativa, proactividad, innovación, entusiasmo por nuevos retos
  • Nível de Excel avanzado y conocimiento en Customer Experience es un plus
  • Grado en ADE, Negocios internacionales o Ingeniería comercial es un plus
