¿Quieres ser tú?

Como Customer Engineering Manager & Site Manager, te encargarás de:

En el área de Customer Engineering:

  • Soporte al Departamento comercial en todas las ofertas técnicas solicitadas por el departamento.
  • Planificación de todas las tareas de mantenimiento e instalaciones de los técnicos de campo.
  • Coordinación y ejecución de todas las instalaciones ofertadas y ganadas.
  • Coordinación de la reserva de materiales, planificación con contratistas y ejecución de la instalación en casa de cliente.
  • Coordinación del control y seguimiento de los costes de instalaciones y mantenimiento.
  • Generación de informes en la herramienta de presupuestos.
  • Seguimiento de la entrega formal de las instalaciones a cliente externo con todos los requisitos normativos de la compañía a nível informático.
  • Seguimiento y estadística de la tipología de instalaciones y consecuentes planes de mejora.

En el área de la planta de producción:

  • Definir planes de mantenimiento preventivo a nível de SAP.
  • Tener responsabilidad de la gestión integral de la seguridad de la planta
:

  • Mantener la producción a níveles según requisitos de MRP / SAP con el mínimo coste.
  • Controlar el inventario de la planta tanto a nível de materias prima como de producto acabado.
  • Participar y/o liderar proyectos de mejora continua en la planta o para la división (procedimientos etc.).
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento total con legislación externa y requisitos legales registro sanitario, normas GMP para gases medicinales, declaraciones de residuos etc.).
  • Gestionar el sistema de mantenimiento preventivo y asegurar que las tareas se realizan de forma correcta y con la periodicidad adecuada.
  • Gestionar el sistema de calidad.
  • Coordinar con los departamentos de Logística y Assets para asegurar que la cadena de suministro (Supply Chain) funcione correctamente.
  • Asegurar que las tareas administrativas se ejecutan de forma correcta.
  • Mantener la formación de la plantilla según las necesidades de sus puestos.



¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Ingeniería Técnica o Industrial o experiência equivalente.
  • 5+ años de experiência en gestión de equipos y gestión integral de un site de producción.
  • Se valorará conocimiento de procedimientos de llenado de botellas y los equipos asociados con la actividad junto con la legislación relacionada.
  • Se valorará conocimiento del negocio para contactos puntuales con clientes y para la aplicación de estándares de calidad.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de normas básicas de trabajo seguro.
  • Habilidad en comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
  • Habilidad de motivar y liderar un equipo.
  • Inglés medioalto.
