Mechanical Design Engineer - Heat Pump:

  • QUÉ BUSCAMOS
  • Buscamos profesionales cuya misión será la de desarrollar, integrar y validar bombas de calor y sus componentes, garantizando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de los requisitos del cliente.

Sus funciones y principales responsabilidades consistirán en:

  • Diseño espacial y estructural de los componentes según especificaciones. Diseño de planos y modelos 3D de todos los componentes según las normativas vigentes, asegurando los objetivos de tiempo, calidad y coste del proyecto.
  • Interlocución con proveedores para acordar especificaciones según objetivos y recoger información necesaria para el diseño inicial. Coordinación con proveedores de actuaciones de mejora para la realización de cambios.
  • Gestión y coordinación de pruebas realizadas por laboratorio asociadas al diseño inicial. Supervisión del montaje de prototipos y de los cambios asociados a las mejoras de producto.
  • Documentación de los modelos 3D, simulaciones y sus derivaciones (listas de materiales, planos, especificaciones) según estándares de diseño, procedimientos y normativas.
  • QUÉ NECESITAMOS DE TI
  • Titulación requerida: Ingeniería Superior, Master o Grado universitario en Ingeniería. Especialidad mecánica.
  • Experiência
  • Al menos 5 años de experiência realizando tareas de diseño mecánico y estructural, en los ámbitos de chapa, piezas plásticas, cableados y/o tuberías.
  • Procesos industriales. Enfoque hacía el diseño para fabricación y montaje.
  • Acústica y vibraciones (recomendable).
  • Simulación mecánica mediante análisis por elementos finitos y/o dinámica de fluidos computacional (recomendable).
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de diseño 3D (valorándose PTC Creo), gestión de ciclo de vida de productos (PLM Windchill) y de gestión de requisitos (valorándose Polarion).
  • Conocimiento de los procesos: análisis modal de fallos y efectos (AMFE de diseño y de proceso), gestión de requisitos de ingeniería en proyectos de desarrollo de producto, especificación y validación de ensayos mecánicos, e interpretación estándares y normas para su aplicación.
  • Alto nível de inglés (uso profesional tanto hablado como escrito).
  • Trabajo en equipos de desarrollo multidisciplinares e internacionales, capacidad analítica, coordinación de recursos y actividades.
