About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be an important member of the Uber for Business SE sales team.
We need creative thinkers and builders with previous sales and account management experience who are passionate about scaling a high-growth B2B sales organization at Uber.
You'll be on the frontlines driving your team's performance, and as a member of the sales leadership team, you'll develop and test new strategies around Sales.
We need a highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment.
You'll work closely with other teams like sales leads, sales operations, marketing, and the broader rides org, to support processes that scale and innovate Uber for Business from the ground up.
You will lead the Mid-Market sales team in SE and you will be ultimately responsible for the Gross Bookings generated in those countries.
What You'll Do
- Develop a team of Mid Market Account Executives in SE
- Directly lead and support a team of Account Executives that have fun winning together
- Train, develop and motivate your team in sales methodologies, product knowledge, teamwork, time and competitive knowledge
- Report on sales activity and lead a regular revenue forecast
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings and help define a strong business case
- Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline via Salesforce
- Ensure team adoption and accurate use of Salesforce CRM, and reinforce best practices to include compliance with governance, timely updates, and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate closely with sales operations to analyze results and proactively seek opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs
- Drive Gross Bookings revenue growth
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of Sales experience within preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
- Sales Management experience
- Deep understanding and experience working in enterprise sales including knowledge of buying cycles and key stakeholders
- Spanish and English language fluency
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
- Strong use of insights and quantitative decision making to inform the sales process
- Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organisation
- Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organisational skills
- History of thriving in a rapidlychanging environment
