IT Support & Help Desk
Proveer asistencia técnica y soporte a la organización, en lo relacionado con comunicaciones, sistemas, software y hardware.

Foco en el cliente interno y la resolución rápida de las incidencias, en persona, en remoto o por teléfono, asegurando el cumplimiento de los KPIs definidos para el área.


TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Velar por el funcionamiento correcto y disponibilidad de la infraestructura técnica de la compañía (comunicaciones, redes, IT Room, microinformática), tanto de oficina como móvil.
  • Dar soporte a los usuarios locales en los diferentes sistemas y programas de IT implementados en la compañía, según los KPIs y estándares de la organización.
  • Asistir en la implementación de las soluciones tecnológicas definidas a nível global y local.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida y actualizada con los miembros de soporte global de Ambu.
  • Asegurar la calidad de los tickets abiertos al soporte global de TI de la compañía, y velar por el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de calidad de servicio.
  • Soporte al usuario móvil y de oficina respecto a los sistemas y aplicaciones en uso en la empresa.
  • Capacitar y formar usuarios en las nuevas soluciones de TI.
  • Mantener el reporting actualizado de la situación general de tecnología en cuanto a incidencias y peticiones por parte de los usuarios.
  • Asegurar el alineamiento con el presupuesto del área.

CONOCIMIENTOS, COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES

  • Experiência en áreas de gestión de incidencias de tecnología
  • Conocimientos generales de Networking
  • Experiência en entornos Microsoft
  • Experiência en gestión de parques de Hardware fijos y móviles
  • Experiência demostrable en gestión de servicios con proveedores, revisión de SLAs y KPIs.
  • Experiência demostrable en el manejo y análisis de presupuestos.
  • Inglés Fluido, Sistemas tipo ERP, Herramientas Microsoft, Protocolos de Red, Bases de Dados Relacionales, Herramientas de Soporte Remoto, Metodologías de Gestión de Proyectos
  • Buenas prácticas ambientales y segregación de residuos

EDUCACION

  • Técnico o Licenciado en sistemas o informática
  • Idioma Inglés medio o superior
