Join our Customer Success team and actively participate in the satisfaction of our customers
Your role?

Joining the CSM team in Spain and maintain the loyalty of your portfolio of Spanish customers & ensure their satisfaction throughout their life cycle.

How do you do this?
By accompanying them on a daily basis.

As Customer Success Manager Spain, you will be the voice of the customer and that is the essence of Combo As an expert in the Combo solution, you will work with the different teams to offer an exceptional service and meet the expectations of our customers.

Your missions To take good care of our Spanish customers and build a real relationship of trust with themBeing a product expertManaging the onboarding: training and coaching customers in their use of the toolFollow the evolution of the connection and usage rates of the customers in order to avoid churnAnalyze the most frequently asked questions on the chat to improve the customer experience, articles, etc.

Inform your customers regularly about the latest Combo product improvementsEnsure that customer feedback is taken into accountWork closely with the different Combo teams to constantly improve the toolsupport :
updating online guide, online chat managementYour missions may evolve over time.

  • You are the right person for us, if :
You are a native or bilingual Spanish speaker, in order to join us in our expansion into the Spanish marketYou also speak good EnglishA first experience as a CSM or Account Manager, ideally in the tech/SaaS industry with Key Accounts is a plusAutonomous and proactive, you will be able to adapt to a dynamic and demanding environmentRigorous and organized by nature, your team spirit and your sense of service will enable you to help your clients effectively in all situationsYour spelling is impeccable (even when you have to go fast, because in online chat, this is not an option)
