Network Administrator in Barcelona.
Your Tasks:
- Ensure our services run smoothly by overseeing the daytoday operations of our data centers.
- Work closely with our Infrastructure Operation Engineers, Application Engineers, and Second Level Support Engineers to optimize efficiency, performance, and availability.
- Lead troubleshooting of network/firewall issues and network performance.
- Facilitate the efforts during the transition/transformation of the infrastructure.
- Analyze all aspects of the existing IT Network and provide recommendations to enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability in accordance to GSMA standards.
- Monitor and manage our environments by integrating telemetry and observability.
- Continuous service improvement with focus on optimization, efficiency and high availability.
- Evaluate cuttingedge technologies and integrate them into the existing systems.
Your Profile:
- University degree, Certificate of Higher Education in Computer Sciences and/or related technical/engineering.
- Professional experience in complex network and platform setups onpremise datacenter operations.
- Knowledge of Cisco products like DCNM, Nexus, NX-OS, Load Balancing, Firewalls as well as strong Linux skills.
- Familiarity with Ansible and Nagios.
- Good understanding of compliance and information security requirements in service operations.
- Analytical thinking, problemsolving and ownership mentality combined with drive for continuous selflearning and improvement.
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and interaction across functional teams
- Good level in English written and verbal.
