En Palex Medical queremos incorporar a un/a
Business Development Manager para
Iberia (España y Portugal), con ubicación en nuestras oficinas de
Sant Cugat del Vallès.


Dependiendo directamente de Corporate Business Development,
la Misión del/la M&A and Licensing in - New Business Development Manager será: la
identificación y consecución de nuevas oportunidades de negocio (licensing in, acuerdos comerciales y M&A) para la compañía, estando al servicio de las Divisiones y de la Dirección de Palex.

Entre sus principales
Funciones relacionadas con los Acuerdos Comerciales, estarán:

  • Identificación de nuevas oportunidades de distribución
  • Asegurar la realización del análisis del producto, potencial de mercado y encaje en la compañía
  • Negociación del acuerdo
  • Seguimiento y reportings de los proyectos


Estamos buscando a una persona con
estudios universitarios en Ciencias de la Salud y experiência de mínimo 5 años en
Consultoría estratégica (ideal en sector
healthcare), realizando M&A, estudios de mercado, planes de negocio y estratégicos.

Personas con experiência en Departamentos de Tech transfer/innovación o de Business Development, de Industria Farmacéutica/Hospitalaria, también serán consideradas.


Adicionalmente valoraremos a personas con
estudios universitarios en ADE/Económicas y experiência de mínimo 5 años en
Consultoría estratégica del ámbito Sanitario, en distintas especialidades médicas y habituada a relacionarse con profesionales sanitarios.

O con experiência en
Departamentos de Tech transfer/innovación en healthcare.
