Job DescriptionWe are searching for a new Senior Application Support Analyst to join our global Business Systems team, with extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.

In this role your will provide tier 2/3 Support global SAP-SuccessFactors application by resolving production support tickets, addressing logged issues, managing users and coordinating escalations as necessaryKey Responsibilities; Identify opportunities for application enhancement to improve efficiency and resilienceCreate and manage all aspects of users' application security; profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules in SuccessFactorsPrepare and execute manual data migrations as requestedConfigure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements.

Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows as requiredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systemsProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environmentStay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilitiesContribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management processCreate and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics, including Table, Canvas, and Story reporting within SuccessFactors
