Role Overview

As a Sales Expert specializing in DC Fast Charging, you will be crucial in promoting our DC Charging products on a global scale. Your main focus will be on utilizing your knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions to position and deliver Wallbox Fast Charging products. Key tasks include recognizing sales opportunities, fostering existing professional relationships, and growing our customer network. Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in Commercial, Sales, and Business Development roles, particularly in related markets and products. Previous experience in the DC Fast Charging sector for e-mobility or in managing backend software services is a must.
  • Sales Achievement: Evident track record of developing, driving, and closing deals, consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Educational Background: A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to perform in a high-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Global Experience: Proven experience working across various countries and understanding different cultural contexts.
  • Customer Orientation: Customer-first approach, socially adept, and excellent at networking.
  • Result-Driven: A target-oriented mindset with an approach that focuses on external inputs.

Responsibilities

  • Executing Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies effectively, translating them into actionable initiatives aimed at achieving revenue targets and market growth.
  • Market Planning: Develop inclusive market plans including product positioning, target customer segments, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts to enhance product adoption and market share.
  • Regional Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts in a specific region, focusing on commercial success, particularly in Northern Europe.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed both individual and regional revenue and sales targets through effective strategies.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various methods including outbound and inbound calls, prospecting, and email outreach.
  • Collaborative Work: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams from Tech, Product, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Project Management to develop opportunities from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Contract Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating legal and financial contracts, including framework agreements and distribution deals.
  • Presenting Products: Conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing both product and integrated system benefits in the larger context of eMobility, Renewable Energy, Energy Management & Storage, and Smart Cities.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, effectively communicate value propositions, and secure deals within set timeframes.
  • Market Strategy: Formulate and execute a market segment strategy to maximize Wallbox's revenue opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate revenue forecasts for your territory, maintaining detailed records in Salesforce.com.
  • Technical Knowledge: Build a robust technical foundation through continuous learning and development.
  • Understanding Customers: Develop deep customer insights to tailor solutions effectively to their needs.
  • Driving Revenue Growth: Identify new opportunities for revenue generation and collaborate across the organization to create creative promotional ideas and programs.
