About the role
As a
Tech Talent Acquisition Partner you will work closely with the People and Tech team. Your mission will be to help seQura to hire the best talent for Tech & Product.

What you'll do

  • Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers in Tech & Product
  • Build job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Identify, attract and source hardtofind talent using niche sites, social media and other sources
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as job fairs or tech & product conferences and events
  • Propose and lead initiatives and projects within the People team

What you'll need ‍

  • 3+ years of experience as a tech recruiter, preferably in product development companies
  • Spanish and European Union tech & product ecosystem expertise
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
  • Fullcycle hiring proficiency: job opening, sourcing, screening, interviews & assessments, selection, offer and onboarding management
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Passionate, proactive yet humble attitude
  • A datainformed mindset, balanced with an empathetic & emotionally intelligent character
