As part of the documentation team, you will become knowledgeable about our products' documents and various customer requirements. Your key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Documentation team;
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures;
- Review, distribute, coordinate, and follow up on requests and tasks daily;
- Maintain updated documentation templates, internal materials, and folders;
- Utilize various internal software systems and Microsoft Office tools for daily tasks.

You should have
- Completed studies in Administration, Data and Documents Management, or related fields;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, IS tools);
- Excellent communication, quick-learning, and trust-building abilities;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused mindset;
- Strong team spirit;
- Flexibility to support business needs and work during holidays.
