We are in search of an Administrative Assistant with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support project activities such as preparing for project meetings, taking notes, and assisting in process documentation and training materials
  • Aid in training new team members and gather, review, and manage information from various stakeholders
  • Manage customer information and ensure data accuracy in databases
  • Document customer invoicing specifics and collaborate with teams for automation
  • Review revenue, ensure compliance, and handle invoicing
  • Handle self-billing information and reconciliation
  • Identify and resolve invoice errors and disputes with the collection team
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to internal and external customer queries
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver excellent service and generate necessary reports
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Native fluency in German and proficient in English
  • Hold a Business Administration Degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in shared service center environment, particularly in Billing, Customer Service, HR, or Sales
  • Ability to collaborate within an international team and escalate issues when necessary
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused with strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
