Your key responsibilities and contributions as an Administrative Assistant will involve:

  • Supporting project activities such as preparing meetings, materials, and taking notes
  • Aiding in process documentation, desktop procedures, and training materials
  • Contributing to the training and coaching of new team members
  • Handling information and documents from various stakeholders
  • Managing customer data, ensuring accuracy across databases, and overseeing invoicing specifics
  • Reviewing revenue, ensuring compliance, and managing invoicing processes
  • Dealing with invoice errors and disputes in cooperation with the relevant teams
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with different teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Generating necessary reports for business needs
  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to middle office operations
Requirements:
  • Native proficiency in German and fluent in English
  • Hold a degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Prior experience in shared service center environments, particularly in Billing, Customer Service, HR, or Sales
  • Ability to work effectively within an international team
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of working under pressure
