Your key responsibilities and contributions as an Administrative Assistant will involve:
- Supporting project activities such as preparing meetings, materials, and taking notes
- Aiding in process documentation, desktop procedures, and training materials
- Contributing to the training and coaching of new team members
- Handling information and documents from various stakeholders
- Managing customer data, ensuring accuracy across databases, and overseeing invoicing specifics
- Reviewing revenue, ensuring compliance, and managing invoicing processes
- Dealing with invoice errors and disputes in cooperation with the relevant teams
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with different teams to deliver exceptional service
- Generating necessary reports for business needs
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to middle office operations
- Native proficiency in German and fluent in English
- Hold a degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior experience in shared service center environments, particularly in Billing, Customer Service, HR, or Sales
- Ability to work effectively within an international team
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of working under pressure
