Buscan a una persona que haya liderado de equipos en proyectos fotovoltaicos de tamaño superior a 30 MW para coordinar a su equipo de Project Managers.
Gestionar y controlar el avance de proyectos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los contratos en alcance, calidad, coste y tiempo.Implementar mejoras en los procesos de gestión de proyectos, identificando y aplicando lecciones aprendidas.
Planificar y ejecutar programas de formación para el equipo.
Liderar y motivar al equipo de Jefes de Proyecto.
Alinear las actividades del área con las estrategias de la empresa, contribuyendo al logro de objetivos estratégicos.
Participar en la definición de la estrategia de construcción de proyectos, determinando las necesidades del proyecto (subcontrataciones, alcance, tareas, personal).Establecer y aplicar estándares de construcción para proyectos fotovoltaicos, resolviendo problemas de construcción siguiendo los estándares establecidos.
Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con las partes interesadas, brindando información precisa y oportuna sobre el estado de los proyectos.
Analizar información para identificar problemas y oportunidades de mejora, desarrollando e implementando soluciones a los problemas.Enfocarse en el logro de los objetivos de los proyectos, demostrando iniciativa para superar obstáculos y asegurar el éxito de los proyectos.
Poseedor de habilidades adicionales como pensamiento analítico, orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.Área funcional:
