Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Engineer to join our team at Panasonic. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HVAC systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Create product specification plans and documentation based on customer requests and sales team input.
- Technical Support: Provide internal and external technical support to customers to clarify specification issues and ensure successful project completion.
- Project Management: Develop project solutions according to standard frameworks, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely project completion in coordination with sales engineers.
- Documentation and Information Management: Create and ensure appropriate project documentation and information management in internal and external systems.
- Customer Order Supervision: Supervise all customer orders regarding technical fit to project definition, identified in the design phase, to avoid after-sales issues.
- Tool Development and Maintenance: Suggest, develop, and maintain tools to improve pre-sales support and documentation.
- Outsourced Design Office Coordination: Coordinate and control outsourced design office resources, keep records of their work, and be the first point of contact for invoice control.
- Project Conversion Ratio Tracking: Support the tracking and reporting of project conversion ratios.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
- CAD Skills: Strong skills working with CAD tools and other relevant design software.
Knowledge and Skills
- Process Knowledge: Proficient understanding and know-how in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant field of expertise.
- Planning and Analytical Skills: Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
- Legislative Knowledge: Understands the impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
