We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead our data centre project in Bilbao. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Spearhead the planning, coordination, and execution of all project phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  2. Engineering Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, or mechanical/electrical engineering to provide strategic insights and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by effectively communicating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
  4. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that the project aligns with design specifications, industry regulations, and client expectations.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies, ensuring the project progresses smoothly without compromising safety or quality.
  6. Budget Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to monitor and control project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of expertise in civil, structural, architectural, or mechanical/electrical disciplines.
  3. Proven success with 4-5 years in the German market.
  4. Preferred proficiency in German language.
  5. Background in engineering with a focus on design.
