ABOUT FUTURE TALENT PROGRAMMEStart your career development and become Tetra Pak's next Future Talent We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2024 Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak.
We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024 at our site in Arganda del Rey.You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.
During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.
As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world.
And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak careerVisit Tetra Pak future talent programme | Tetra Pak Global and read more about Tetra Pak Future Talent ProgramIn this organization, your activities will be focusing on the overall reliability of equipment, promoting the development of Planned Maintenance & Early Management (WCM/Lean manufacturing) methodology and working with maintenance & production leaders to achieve the targets of overall process and factory KPIs.
What you will do1. Secure overall reliability of equipment of respective process through planning, and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.2. Provide technical leadership to engineers and technicians for machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis and effective countermeasure definition.3. Drive innovation to improve energy consumption and better machine ergonomics for operators' safety.4. As EM pillar member, participate and lead local & Region projects and follow up on investment budgets.5. As PM pillar member, participate and lead local & Region Improvement teams (Kaizen, PMO, RCM, Collaborate to propose and implement factory investment according to Region and Central plans.6. Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities of the employees within the organization.7. Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input8. Coordinate development of technical capabilities in coordination with Process and Technical network representatives.We believe you haveProfessional requirements:
Industrial engineering BackgroundFluency in Spanish (native level) and English (advanced level, both written and verbal) is a must.
Continuous improvement & Project Management knowledge will be valued.
Personal skills and abilities:
Able to handle responsibility and the pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills.
Good communication skills, ability to make firm decisions.
