Nuestro cliente, importante grupo en el ámbito Sanitario y Socio-Sanitario con amplia presencia asistencial a nivel nacional e internacional, precisa incorporar en sus oficinas centrales en Madrid un/a Manager de Talento
¿Qué implica el puesto?
Como Manager de Talento, serás responsable de identificar, atraer y desarrollar el talento clave que contribuirá al éxito y crecimiento de la organización. Reportando directamente a la Dirección del Área de Personas, tus tareas incluirán:
Evaluación de las necesidades actuales y futuras de talento dentro de la organización.Diseñar estrategias innovadoras de adquisición y retención de talento, adaptadas a nuestras diversas locaciones.Gestionar el ciclo completo de reclutamiento, desde la identificación y atracción de candidatos hasta la selección y onboarding.Desarrollar programas de retención y desarrollo profesional que fomenten el compromiso y la satisfacción de nuestros empleados.Gestionar y optimizar los procesos de evaluación del desempeño.Colaborar estrechamente con diferentes departamentos para identificar necesidades de formación y desarrollo.Promover y liderar mejoras en materia de employer branding. Proponer y mantener acciones que consigan una imagen empleadora atractiva, tanto interna como externamente.¿Qué estamos buscando?Buscamos un/a candidato/a con las siguientes cualidades:
Experiencia previa relevante: Al menos 5 años en roles de Gestión de Talento, en organizaciones con un volumen superior a 500 empleados, y gestión de equipo directo.Idiomas: nivel de inglés medio alto.Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacionalValorable experiencia con ERP: Meta 4Formación: Título universitario en Psicología, RRLL, Administración de Empresas, o carreras relacionadas, con formación de postgrado en materia de Gestion de RRHH.
