Somos Paula & Roger, encantados de saludarte Estamos felices de contarte todo acerca de nuestro programa FutureZ: Undergraduate Excellence Program.
Quizás somos la décima oferta que lees hoy, en el sofá con Netflix de fondo, o en pleno proceso de cambios... y todas te parecen iguales.
Te seremos claros, en Zurich no somos perfectos, pero molamos bastante Y si quieres saber por qué, sigue leyendo.

Vayamos al grano Intentaré resumirte en 2 puntos nuestro ADN:
Nos encanta el voluntariado, pero preferimos ser activistas del cambio. ¿Cómo? Poniendo nuestro foco en jóvenes que están en riesgo de exclusión social o luchando contra el cambio climático con acciones como la reforestación de bosques en Madrid y en el Parque de Doñana. Solo en lo que va de año, hemos hecho más de 13000 horas de voluntariado. En Zurich, lo decimos alto y claro: estamos orgullosos de nuestros colores y creemos que un equipo diverso marca la diferencia. Aquí no hablamos de discapacidad, hablamos de habilidad. Que puedas ser tú mismo/a es nuestra prioridad, sin armarios que se interpongan entre nosotros y sin techos de cristal. Future Z , es nuestro programa de becas de Excelencia para Estudiantes de último curso.
Estamos buscando a estudiantes de último año de Matemáticas, Estadística, Ciencias Actuariales, Negocios, Datos, Economía, Ingeniería... que estén interesados en desarrollar su carrera profesional en el sector asegurador (spoiler, igual no sabes todavía que este es TU sector, pero gracias a este programa, descubrirás que tu futuro está aquí)

Estás terminando tu carrera/grado/máster con un sólido expediente académico, (valoramos mucho si has cursado alguna asignatura relacionada al sector asegurador) Puedes demostrar un nivel de inglés competente (mínimo C1) Estás deseando aprender y enfrentar nuevos retos Eres autónomo/a y proactivo/a Tienes una buena capacidad analítica y tienes una gran capacidad resolutiva Estás dispuesto/a a cambiar las cosas a través de soluciones innovadoras Será una ventaja si tienes experiencia demostrada en programación (por ejemplo: R o Python).FutureZ es un programa de becas diferente, diseñado especialmente para ti Creemos que el desarrollo debe basarse en una estrategia de 3 pilares, por lo que el programa tendrá:
- Formación - aprender sobre nuevos temas. à Ruta de formación adhoc para FutureZ, que te dará la posibilidad de aprender y desarrollarte de manera rápida.
- Mentoría - aprender de otros con más experiencia. à A través de un programa de job shadowing internacional entre compañeros de otros países y mentorías con lideres de la empresa, que te ayudarán a desarrollar tanto las habilidades de vida, cómo las más técnicas.
- Aprender haciendo - practicar y aprender de otros con desafíos reales. à Experiencia de trabajo diario dentro de un equipo de alto talento y estratégico para nuestro negocio.

Se requiere poder realizar un convenio de colaboración con la Universidad y/o Escuela de Negocios de un mínimo de 8/9 meses con posibilidad de extensión. No paramos de crecer y si esto funciona, nos encantaría contar contigo Jornada parcial en horario de mañana (5h/día de lunes a viernes). La ubicación será en nuestras oficinas de Barcelona o Madrid. Son prácticas remuneradas de 800€. Además, tendrás acceso a formación, y mucho másAhora mismo, o estás con la emoción de cuando un pantalón te entra perfecto o estás pensando: "esto no es para mí" (si no es para ti, no pasa nada, ya nos volveremos a encontrar en el futuro). Puedes hacer de celestina compartiendo mi contacto con quien creas que pueda encajar.
