About the role

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Inbound + Outbound Enterprise Sales Representative. You will play a vital role in proactively identifying, qualifying, and creating new business opportunities for ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, and Workspace for Education products in the Enterprise and Education sectors. If you have a passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced setting, this role could be a perfect match.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct comprehensive research to identify and develop a solid pipeline of potential enterprise & education clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Actively engage with prospects through scheduled calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to start conversations and generate initial interest.
  • Qualification and Discovery: Utilize targeted questions to uncover clients' needs, pain points, and how they align with the benefits of Chrome solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Google and internal teams to grasp product offerings and provide valuable insights to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • CRM Management: Meticulously track and update lead information in Salesforce and other systems to ensure a seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Performance: Coachable and well-organized to carry out various tasks accurately (updating Salesforce, adhering to cadences, returning prospect calls).
  • Responsible for the entire sales qualification process, including customer qualification, converting opportunities, and transferring to the appropriate sales channel.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (must-haves):

  • Native proficiency in Spanish
  • Ability to communicate fluently and idiomatically in English
  • 2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or outbound sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Suite
