Remuneration:
Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Negotiate pricing for products with B2B prospects in the hospital, medical center, and midwife customer segments
  • Address objections effectively to generate sales opportunities
  • Utilize CRM system to manage and report sales activities
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from qualifying leads to confirming purchases
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas and achieve project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent level proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish languages, fluency in written and spoken English (B2)
  • Proactive and persistent, willing to make numerous phone calls and engage with clients to close deals
  • Selfmotivated and driven, capable of meeting targets independently
  • Initiativedriven mindset with a focus on getting tasks done efficiently
  • Strong sales orientation and desirable previous experience in sales.
