Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiate pricing for products with B2B prospects in the hospital, medical center, and midwife customer segments
- Address objections effectively to generate sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM system to manage and report sales activities
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from qualifying leads to confirming purchases
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas and achieve project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent level proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish languages, fluency in written and spoken English (B2)
- Proactive and persistent, willing to make numerous phone calls and engage with clients to close deals
- Selfmotivated and driven, capable of meeting targets independently
- Initiativedriven mindset with a focus on getting tasks done efficiently
- Strong sales orientation and desirable previous experience in sales.
