  • A&N.YOUR TASKSProvide courteous and professional technical support to customers and internal staff to ensure the highest level of customer satisfactionResearch technical problems using problem analysis techniques, knowledge bases, problem simulation, cross-functional collaboration and other skillsHelp improve our customer self-service knowledge base by creating and publishing technical articlesSet up technical environments to replicate issues as neededTake initiative to acquire and improve product knowledge of SAG products and platforms and supporting technologiesYOUR PROFILECompleted studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education at a university of applied sciences, university of cooperative education, vocational schoolYou are proficient in at least one transaction or object-oriented programming language and are familiar with relational databasesYou have operating system knowledge such as Windows, Linux or z / OSStructured thinking and analytical skills are among your strengthsYou are familiar with diagnosing product problems and appreciate the challenge of finding solutions to complex problemsYou are a team player who enjoys working in a stimulating, international environment that offers many opportunities to strengthen your technical skills through a generous training programYou enjoy working with multicultural colleagues and customers and put the customer first in your workYou are proficient in German or Spanish, at least level C1, and English, both written and spokenYou like to work in teams and convince with your communication skillsYou like to take on tasks and challenges#J-18808-Ljbffr
