Funciones
Definir y controlar los servicios críticos de la organización soportados por la infraestructura.
Analizar el impacto en el negocio causado por las pérdidas de servicio.

Establecer ventanas horarias en las cuales el cliente tolera caídas de servicio o paradas de sistemas y el tiempo de parada para estos sistemas o servicios.

Junto a esto es necesario también establecer los horarios de servicio y definir la importancia de los diferentes periodos de trabajo.

Definir los requerimientos con relación a la información que las herramientas de monitorización tienen que suministrar en base a la disponibilidad de los elementos de la infraestructura.

Conocimientos imprescindibles (tecnología)

  • Kubernetes o Containers / Dockers.
  • El sistema operativo Linux.
  • Grid IBM Spectrum Symphony.
  • Mensajería baja latencia Informática Ultra Messaging (UM).
  • Caches distribuidas / Data Grid en memoria Oracle Coherence.
  • Jira Remedy para gestionar peticiones cambios e incidencias.
  • Patrol para monitorizar de forma centralizada.
  • Splunk para monitorizar y analizar información.
  • Suite de Office y de Google con manejo de correo drive y creación de sites.
  • Confluence utilizada actualmente para documentación de procedimientos internos.
