La Zambra Hotel 5* GL, located on a hill between two 18-hole golf courses in the Mijas Golf development, is a sanctuary of peace and exclusivity for its visitors.
This refined hotel, previously recognized as Byblos, opened its doors in 1984 and gained popularity among the elite in the 90s.
Now, after an extensive renovation, it is welcoming guests once again.With 197 rooms offering terraces boasting stunning views of the golf course or the mountains.
As part of Hyatt's Unbound Collection, this establishment will boast 4 exquisite restaurants, a helipad, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, a gym, a wellness center featuring a spa, and a modern meeting venue.
Additionally, there is a dedicated children’s zone, three inviting swimming pools, and direct access to the golf courses.Currently, we are on the lookout for a **Guest Experience Manager** to join our dynamic team.
We are searching for dedicated, forward-thinking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, nurturing relationships with guests, celebrities, VIPs, and the local community. - Uphold a professional and upscale guest service aligned with the brand's core values. - Ensure a positive guest impression throughout their entire stay.
The Experience Manager will oversee guest experiences, music, marketing, and lifestyle initiatives; managing creative projects from inception to execution, all while upholding the brand's voice and transforming marketing objectives into creative strategies to boost revenue and enhance brand visibility.
Uphold a professional and upscale guest service. Create a memorable initial impression for guests. Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure agreements with entertainment stars for local events. Evaluate and refine guest experiences based on feedback, industry trends, etc. Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to enhance the visibility of guest experiences across all platforms. Review and provide feedback on F&B experiences, encompassing presentation, service, lighting, and overall ambiance. Develop and curate a live music and performance schedule across 4 venues. Plan and execute engaging events and activities with other departments for special occasions throughout the year (such as Christmas, San Juan, Easter, etc). Spearhead the disco project, featuring themed nights and summer concerts.Oversee the exclusive curiosity program at the hotel, including daily experiences for a select group of clients such as private performances, bespoke spa treatments, off-menu cocktails, and more.
Evaluate the in-house music system and selection, as well as volume levels, to maintain the desired property atmosphere. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or a similar luxury hotel role is essential. Demonstrated track record in managing creative projects from inception to completion. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking. Proficiency in CRM and hotel management software. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.-
