As Senior Legal Officer for Little Big Connection - Business operations you will have the great opportunity to join a team specialized in commercial/contractual law.
You will be responsible for contractual activities of a Consultancy Services Platform.
You will offer a specialized legal support on different domain of contractual laws related to digital platforms and take part to negotiations with final clients and providers.
Key responsibilities:
Offer strategic legal advice for the development of a Consultancy Services Platform and mitigate risks in connection with its business model.
Draft and negotiate any type of commercial agreements (service contracts, distribution agreements, NDAs, partnerships, sub-contracting, etc...) under French law.
Manage the legal databases and handle internal contractual processes to improve operational efficiency.
Provide legal and regulatory advice on international business development.
Handle contractual pre-litigations and litigations and manage the contributions of external legal counsels.
Draft and deliver legal trainings for specific topics or general onboardings.
Collaborate actively with other legal advisors and other legal departments and facilitate the flow of information through the Group
Develop a close relationship with business stakeholders and act as a business partner to understand needs and objectives
Ideal profile:
Master of Law degree with 5 to 7+ years' post qualification experience (ideally including 4+ years' experience in IT, Telecom, Consulting or related Technology sectors), with a focus on commercial/contractual/distribution law.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French is mandatory. Very Good oral and written communication skills in English.
Great ability to resume complex matters with clarity.
Great ability to do efficient reporting to managers.
Accountability and reliability, high responsiveness. Proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to navigate into large organizations and collaborate with internal clients and external contributors at all levels.
Ability to lead and manage projects and ensure their proper follow-ups.
