Job Title: Corporate Legal Officer

About the Role:

We are Alter Domus, a leading provider of corporate and fund services. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Officer to join our team in Madrid. As a Corporate Legal Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Governance: Draft, manage, and process all types of corporate documentation, including minutes of administrative and management bodies, general meetings, and other corporate structures.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Prepare, monitor, manage, and process the group's power of attorney structure, appointment, and revocation of positions, as well as various structural changes.
  • Documentation and Communication: Follow up, organize, and process documentation before relevant public and private bodies, commercial registries, notaries, and other entities involved in operations.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Direct dialogue with entities, coordinate actions, and offer practical and effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in Law
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience in corporate law
  • Language Skills: Advanced level of English (C1 minimum), both spoken and written
  • Personal Qualities: Team spirit, ability to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate
