Tareas

Tus misiones principales girarán en torno a 3 ejes:

Gestión de equipos:

  • Serás responsable de liderar un equipo de 6 a 8 vendedores.
  • Como verdadero líder, sabrás conciliar la escucha y la motivación respetando y encarnando los valores humanos del grupo.

Desarrollo de ventas:

  • Formarás y apoyaras a tu equipo hacia la excelencia para que esté preparado para afrontar todos los retos.
  • Optimizarás el rendimiento comercial de tu tienda en torno a los objetivos de desarrollo de nuestro Grupo.

Gestión de centros de beneficio:

  • Gestionarás tu facturación, tus indicadores y adaptas tus planes de acción para garantizar el rendimiento económico y la rentabilidad.
  • Garantizarás la gestión del flujo de mercancías y la aplicación de procedimientos de seguridad y protección de acuerdo con nuestro concepto.
  • Reportarás al responsable regional de explotación y servicios.

Requisitos:

Perfil:


Dotado de un liderazgo natural y certero, sabe motivar, supervisar y entrenar a sus colaboradores para lograr los objetivos comerciales requeridos.

Tiene experiência comprobada en la gestión de un centro de beneficio.

En este sentido, sabe administrar su cuenta operativa y ser proactivo/a para garantizar la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad de su tienda.
