**Job Description**

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in San Sebastián. As a key member of our store team, you will assist the Store Manager in the management and daily operation of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing and operating the store
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence
  • Understand and implement company procedures and directives
  • Ensure sales plans are achieved
  • Support the store team in product knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to meet sales goals
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and company visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure deliveries are processed in a timely manner
