Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in San Sebastián, Spain. As a key member of our store team, you will assist the Store Manager in the management and daily operation of the store, including deputizing in their absence. You will be responsible for understanding and implementing company procedures and directives, ensuring sales plans are achieved, and supporting the store team in product knowledge to deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, you will meet sales goals by mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff, assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, and maintain outstanding store condition and company visual merchandising standards. You will also ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to supervise and motivate a team, possess excellent communication and 'people' skills, be a team player, customer service focused, and have commercial awareness. Good IT skills and fluency in Spanish are advantageous, and enthusiasm about fashion is a must.
