Desde Selectjoob, estamos colaborando con un E-Commerce líder en compraventa de bicicletas reacondicionadas certificadas, con más de 10 años de experiência en el sector, donde hemos experimentado un incremento en el volumen de ventas en el último año, motivando el crecimiento de nuestra plantilla de 17 a 37 colaboradores.

Buscamos un Sales Manager para sumarse a una empresa de gran crecimiento recientemente adquirida por un fondo de inversión. Proyecto sólido y rentable, en plena fase de expansión internacional.

La persona seleccionada reportará directamente al CEO de la empresa y tendrá un rol de gran relevancia en el proyecto en su conjunto, pasando a ser el coordinador del equipo de ventas online de la empresa a nível global.


Que buscamos

Funciones core:

  • Supervisión diaria del trabajo del equipo de ventas online (e.g., optimización uso del CRM, balanceo de carga de trabajo de comerciales, resolución de casuísticas de venta particulares)
  • Control y gestión de métricas del equipo de ventas

Funciones estratégicas:

  • Apoyo en el lanzamiento de nuevos países
  • Participar en la estrategia de ventas de la empresa, especialmente en el canal online
  • Mejora de procesos internos de venta online
  • Preparación de reportes de ventas mensuales

Funciones relacionales:

  • Liderar el equipo humano dedicado al área de ventas

Requisitos;
Experiência relevante en cargos de gestión de equipo de ventas online, preferiblemente de venta asistida
Experiência relevante en la utilización de CRMs, preferiblemente Hubspot
Nível de inglés avanzado
Capacidad de liderazgo de proyectos, y toma de decisiones
Proactividad para atacar y solucionar problemas
Capacidad de comunicación y de presentación de conclusiones
Experiência gestionando equipos medianos (5-20 personas)
Aficionado al ciclismo

Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 11:00h a 19:30h
Salario de 30mil € al año con una variable adicional a negociar
