Desde Adecco estamos buscando un/a perfil de Atención al cliente/gestión de pedidos para una importante empresa multinacional ubicada en la zona de Alcobendas.


Las funciones serán:
Realizar el seguimiento de pedidos y entregas
Resolución de incidencias
Atención a los clientes, para mantenerlos informados acerca del estado de su pedido Requisitos

  • Experiencia previa en gestión de pedidos.
  • Conocimientos logísticos: qué es una devolución, un albarán, etc.
  • Experiencia en trato con clientes.
  • Valorable nivel intermedio de Inglés.
  • Muy buenas habilidades comunicativas. y proactividad
  • Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse más allá de sus funciones.
  • Valorable residencia en zona cercana a Alcobendas

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Contrato temporales que se renuevan mes a mes, con posibilidad de duración a largo plazo
  • Jornada completa en horario de L-J de 09:30 a 18:30 y viernes de 08:30 a 17:30
  • Salario entre 21.000€ brutos/anuales.
