¿Cuáles serán tus retos?


  • Impulsar el desarrollo en los clientes de proyectos de gestión por categorías (SOS, SOA) que permitan desarrollar las ventas de la categoría dentro del cliente y mejorar nuestra cuota de mercado.
  • Incrementar la capacidad de influir en los clientes para dimensionar los segmentos y categorías, así como participar en decisiones estratégicas en cuanto a surtido para competir en el mercado.
  • Involucrar y enrolar a todo el equipo de field en la perfecta implementación de los planes de desarrollo del cliente en pdv junto con el KAM de la cuenta.
  • Elaborar una perfecta adaptación de la selling story de compañía a las necesidades y estrategias del cliente asignado para poder influir en sus decisiones.
  • Pilotar a la perfección el surtido dentro del cliente, no sólo a nível estrategia & selling story sino también a nível financiero y de impacto en el P&L.
  • Analizar y detectar oportunidades en los clientes a través de un estudio exhaustivo de los datos de salida de caja que nos comparten los clientes y también de toda la información de panel de hogares que manejamos con Kantar.
About you


Para que triunfes en este puesto, debes ser una persona resolutiva, que sepa trabajar en equipo y con visión estratégica.


Además, creemos que es positivo disponer de:

  • Experiência de +5 años en el área de ventas en funciones de Category, Trade Marketing o KAM.
  • Buenas habilidades de análisis, comunicación, orientación a resultados y proactividad.
  • Formación Universitaria en ADE, Economía o similar.
  • Nível de Inglés fluido, equivalente al B
  • Experiência con el manejo de herramientas como IRI, Kantar y Excel
