  • BARCELONA 1 YEAR CONTRACTWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Lead to manage the execution of AI initiatives within our client's organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams, managing stakeholders, and navigating complex political landscapes while ensuring the successful delivery of AI products.

We are looking for an individual with exceptional emotional intelligence, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in project /product delivery.


Location:
BARCELONA – (1 or 2 times a week at first)

Duration:
+1 yearQUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, with a focus on Product Delivery.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and political acumen, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving high-performance teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and experience managing project roadmaps and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
