You will be responsible for the training and enablement of more than employees, spread across 50+ countries. You will manage and analyze data and data systems for training management and reporting. Jointly you will be responsible for the execution of training delivery for the Reiwa program.
The Training and Data Professional is responsible for the reporting, planning and execution systems and data processing and execution of all aspects of Key User and End User Training to support a global Business Transformation.
He/she will work closely with the global and regional business process leads and SMEs (Subject Matters Experts), and the IT technology team to ensure all aspects are integrated into the training content and delivery.
You will report into the Reiwa Training Lead.Responsibilities:
- Training Execution
- Drives (and assists with) learning logistics and administration, trainer preparation, and the trainthetrainer program
- Provides coordination and assistance for learning deployment processes and activities, including learning technologies and tools
- Maintains the learning (system) environment approach and guides data population activities
- Maintains the training program evaluation processes and supports learning program evaluation activities
- Data Management
- Maintains and enhances reporting structures for user training for > employees
- Automates processes and data management for the global and local training teams
- Provides reporting structures and reporting for global and local training teams
- Excellent experience in either technical training or learning & development environment
- Excellent skills around data management, automation and reporting analytics
- Excellent communication skills, resilient attitude and stress tolerance
- English fluent in spoken and written
- Knowledge of SAP modules and functionality
- Knowledge of systems using SAP integrations
- Very good Project Management and Communication skills
