Como Sales Assistant de Lindt, asesorarás a los amantes del chocolate que visiten nuestras tiendas sobre nuestras distintas variedades de producto, mediante la experiência y el protocolo de Lindt.
Algunas de tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Atención, asesoramiento y fidelización de cliente.
- Reposición del producto en tienda.
- Organización de stock de almacén.
- Mantenimiento de los estándares de merchandising.
Buscamos a un/a profesional con al menos dos años de experiência en una posición similar, que le apasione la venta personalizada y que tenga vocación de atención al cliente.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Bachillerato.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en una posición similar.
- Deseable conocimiento de visual merchandising.
- Deseable experiência trabajando en una Premium Brand.
- Deseable conocimiento de los KPI's de una tienda.
- Imprescindible nível alto de castellano.
- Deseable nível alto de ingl
- Deseable nível alto en otro idioma (alemán, francés, italiano o portugués).
- Estás orientado/a a resultados.
- Te gusta trabajar en equipo y cooperar en las diferentes tareas de la tienda.
- Eres positivo/a y resolutivo/a y no te importa preguntar y proponer nuevas ideas.
- Eres flexible y te adaptas rápido al cambio.
