Specific Role Conditions:
Working shift: 9:00 to 18:00 - Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working model after training and adaptation process.
Permanent contract.
Starting date:
1st of July
Key Responsibilities:
As a competent contact person for our customers, you will take care of all administrative and technical concerns as well as after-sales questions via email, phone and chat.
You will collaborate with other teams (for example, product, sales and customer experience) to ensure that we provide the best service to our customers.
You will store all customer-related data reliably in our systems.You will know all our products by heart right down to the last point of the program.
You will live and apply the project mission - to make healthcare more human.
Requirements
You speak German at a native level and can also communicate well in English.
You enjoy communicating with customers and proactively try to find satisfactory solutions for them.
You always keep a cool head, even in heated situations.
You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and your way of working is characterized by independence and proactivity.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.Valid EU passport/Working Visa
