Customer Care Agent - German speaker (f/m/d)

Your profileWhat you need to convince us:

You keep your cool even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem.

Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features.
Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service, after sales or a similar position.
You speak business fluent German and English, Spanish is a big plus.
