MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and supervise the official processes established by the Department of Education.
- Collect and transmit data to official institutions.
- Coordinate the processing and management of official qualifications and excellence scholarships.
- Update academic guides and develop academic calendars.
- Prepare quality reports and manage improvement plans.
- Coordinate transfers and recognition of academic records.
- Administer academic management digital platforms (Clara / Omnivox) and ensure the correct implementation of study plans.
- Manage student enrollment.
- Create and analyze satisfaction surveys and results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the education sector in academic management, official procedures, and university quality assurance.
- High proficiency in office and digital skills (Excel, Forms, Word, Classfile, etc.).
- Native or bilingual level in Catalan and Spanish, high level of English (C1).
- Proactive, organized, and systematic profile, with strong writing and communication skills.
